Avatar series: Satanic

Avatar: The Last Airbender is a show that had been airing on Nickelodeon for three years, from 2005 to 2008. While this show had been over for two years, it has garnered a strong amount of popularity from the population and has a very large and active to this day. With its sequel series “Avatar: The Legend of Korra” scheduled to debut in 2011, we must know of the Satanic nature of this television series and protect our children and society from it.

The story is vast and detailed, so this is only a brief synopsis. A twelve-year-old monk named Aang, who is an Airbender and the Avatar, is awakened. The Airbenders were a people who led a lifestyle very similar to that of the Tibetan Buddhists and knew how to create and control wind. All of them except Aang were decimated in a raid by the Fire Nation. Aang has already mastered the element of air, but must also move on to obtain mastery in controlling water, earth, and fire before he faces the leader of the Fire Nation, called Fire Lord Ozai, in order to bring peace and balance to the world.

As you have read in the synopsis, these characters can control the elements by their own force. Although show has tried to pass it off as harmless “bending” by having Aang say that it’s “not magic, it’s airbending” in the first episode, this does not hide the fact that the show is filled with magicians. We know from the Holy Bible that magic is a Satanic art and those who practice magic must be executed. If Aang and his buddies were in the Middle East instead of a fictional Asia-esque world, they would have been burned to death for their sorcery. Their infernal powers would not have been a match for God and His people’s justice.

But the casual usage of magic is not the worst part about the show. The whole show is diseased with elements of Buddhism and Hinduism mixed in, directly and indirectly. First of all, as said in the short synopsis, the Air Nomads have lived a very Tibetan Buddhist-like lifestyle, and Aang continues to follow their demonic traditions. Aang always emphasizes his portrayal as a Buddhist monk through vegetarianism, pacifism, and meditation. In one of the series, there is a character who has found his “enlightenment” by sitting under a large banyan grove tree. In another episode, there is a “guru” who gives Aang aid in “opening his chakras”. These references to Buddhism and Hinduism should be incredibly sickening to any Christian. The evil ideas of chakras and the allusion to the story of Buddha, an agent of Satan, pain me to no end. Yet the media allows this dirty show run on air without any qualms. Is this spiritual deterioration what must happen to our society?

The upcoming series, “Avatar: The Legend of Korra”, is just as bad. This focuses on a female Avatar named Korra who fights in a place called “Republic City”. We have a female character doing what men should be doing; while this is not a promotion of sexism, women and men have their set places by God. The show is trying to breach that sacred boundary by having a female character enter wars, instead of doing her womanly duties of taking care of the family. While females battling was seen abundantly in the first series, the fact that this out-of-place, misguided female is set as the main character shows that the show is all Satan's ploy to mock and overturn Christian values. If Nickelodeon is allowing such smut to be shown in their network, why don’t they show child porn instead?

I must confess that before my realization of the Satanic nature of the Avatar series, I had enjoyed it as well. Luckily Christ has opened my eyes to the truth. Knowing the truth, I cannot sit and allow this show to overrun our children’s minds with Satanic messages in the guise of seemingly benign ideas.

We, as Christians, must fight this show. We cannot rest until this show is completely off the air and further production of it is stopped.

  1. *"Aang always emphasizes his portrayal as a Buddhist monk through vegetarianism, pacifism, and meditation". Jesus was a pacifist. Prayer is a form of meditation. Through your logic, Jesus and the planet's entire religious population is satanic.
If you think Hinduism is satanic because it's "polytheistic," it isn't; the Hindu doctrine states that the One God-- Brahman-- descends unto mankind in various forms, called avatars, and that Brahman is superior to man's inner selves or souls, called atman.
Hinduism has countless parallels to Christianity including the belief in the human soul (Atman=soul breathed into you by God), a superior creator god(Adonai=Brahman), and God's connection to mankind (Avatars=Jesus, prophets, saints).
Buddhism has a lot of similarities to Christianity as well. Buddhism is NOT polytheistic, and hardly monotheistic. There is no deity worship in it, but they believe that the Buddha (the "enlightend one")--who lived around 2,400 years ago-- travelled Southern Asia and tought people how to gain enlightenment and live eternally in Nirvana (which can be interpreted as heaven; the buddha is extremely similar to the founder of your religion, Jesus.)
He tought his followers to achieve inner peace by avoiding evil actions, treating others peacefully, avoiding wordly vices (All things that are prominant in Christianity[!!!]).

You seem to believe that these two very peaceful religions were inspired by the devil who--according to any doctrine is considered the source of evil-- would supposedly promote murder, violence, rape, and other atrocities. Why? If you think that it says in the Bible, i'm going to blatantly admit that you're sinning by bearing false witness and interpreting scripture to think what you want, this is were slavery came from (Remember Ham, son of Noah?).

Are you appalled that US had a woman run for office in 2008? Do gay rights offend you?
How often to you twist scripture to fit your own needs?

  2. Hinduism and Buddhism may share the traits, but don't forget that those two religions are ultimately religions of Satan. Just like how Hitler and Erwin Rommel were both Germans and were working for the Nazi Party, but Hitler was ultimately evil and Rommel was ultimately good. These two religions do not have Christ, so they are of Satan.

And yes, I was upset at a woman running for office. Homosexuals do offend me.

    1. Go fuck yourself you piece of shit. You have no right to use Hitler as an example when your evil twat of a God has done the same things countless times in your perverse holy book. With the flood, to Nadab and Abihu, to Lot's wife, to the children who laughed at Elisha, to Jephthah's daughter. Your God just as well might be the very Satan you use to debase others. It makes sense that an egotistical manipulative fuck like that would be playing both sides of the field. Your religion is a sick and foul excuse to hate and shame people who believe differently than you as well as for their genders and sexual orientations. You are scum and your God is even worse scum. If Judgment Day ever comes, and if righteousness really is the measure of power in heaven, I'll slash your God into ribbons.

    2. Why would you say stuff like that? Can't we all just have respect for each other? Don't call our God evil. Just because we are bad and we deserve these things, doesnt mean that God is evil. He made us all and gave me and you good life's with wealth. He blessed you too, but you sadly don't know. Please don't disrespect him like that, because its not the right thing to do.

  3. ...you do realize that Hitler came from a Christian background right? "Christianity" the religion is just as flawed as any other. The only thing that matters is the relationship with your Savior Jesus Christ. Otherwise, it's just another set of dogma maintained by Man's desire for stability.

  4. So obviously the writers of this show must have been thinking
"We have GOT to find a way to follow Satan's ploy to mock and overturn Christian values with a Nickelodeon cartoon show...we could do child porn....nah, this Avatar show would be better..."
and now with this award winning series they are converting the minds of millions of viewers to become followers of Satan...

    right.

  5. There's no place for Jesus in Judaism. Are Jews satanic as well?

  6. I know I'm kind of late here, but a couple of facts:

Kasai: Hitler did not come from a Christian background, he was a Jew with a pagan religion.

Duke: Everyone dissapproves of child porn. If you ever want to corrupt someone, you disguise something as a kids' show.

jau: In Buddhism and Hinduism no deity cares if you live or die. And your personality doesn't matter, because you lose it every time you die and gain a new one. Buddhism and Hinduism are religions that have contempt for this world and for the uniqueness of each human.
That's why praying is way more meditation and Jesus is way more than an avatar.

    Guys, give him a chance.

  7. Also, since there was also a feminist issue here:

Christians don't think that women belong in the kitchen, and Christians have no problem with women running for office. But he was right on the money when he said that about women losing their place. Not because they are inferior, but because they can do something that men can't: Men cannot be mothers.

The first thing anyone needs to do to corrupt a kid is to seperate him from his mother. They want to get rid of mothers and replace them with "career women", who are incapable of protecting their children.

Men cannot protect their kids like women. And when women abandon that place, things go south. That's what Christians think, at least those of the Orthodox faith, which I know.

  9. People have been twisting all religions for thousands of years, Its everyone's individual interpretation, Satanism is also a religion, not one that I agree with but a religion just as well, I don't agree that Avatar teaches Satanism, and I don't see how a harmless cartoon can send someone so far over the edge that they feel it needs to be removed from TV. I don't agree with a lot of things that are on TV but that is why I live in AMERICA and are afforded freedoms that others are not, SO just turn the DARN channel!!!!

  10. Look I am a Christian too and I see this completely differently. Look at the Story of Zuko. He was someone who had been led off the path and as a result made some poor choices in his quest at redemption. Eventually he hit rock bottom and realized his mistake and "repented" and became better for it.
If you want to look at the chukra thing literally yeah it might be correct, but to say that it is satanic is going too far. I have actually felt the spirit very strong when I have added Christian values to it.
The avatar is similar to a prophet. Prophets are called to keep peace and point people in the right direction toward eternal life. The avatar isn't exactly the same, but does have a similar role.
The woman thing is extreme too. Look at Esther. Except for the fact that Korra is literally fighting people and Esther used words what is the difference between their ultimate outcome on the good of the societies that they live in?
Just because a religion isn't yours or isn't Christian it doesn't mean that it is full on satanic. In case you didn't know there are many Christian churches and all of them have similar foundations but in the end have different beliefs and worship differently. There is only one true church. You can find that truth in the Bible. I agree that all churches that are not the true church are ultimately of the devil. Even if they don't look like it or if their doctrine is initially good or good intentioned. However any Christian church that is not the one and true church is in the same boat so if I were you I would make sure that you are not part of one of those churches as well before you go and start making comments like these.
In some areas you may have a point, but you chose the wrong show to have an outburst on and the wrong way to go about it.

  13. If you have nothing better to do with your life than to just, rant about a children's cartoon, then you do not have a life. I'm not a Christian and, I get annoyed when I see those Christmas specials around December but, I don't make a complete idiot of myself by, writing an article that's a complete opinion of mine. If you look at the rest of the comment's, everyone thinks you are a crazy religious addict. I'm really supportive of this show. It's really different than what I have ever watched. It shows Asian culture which, I really like and shows a different view point of religion. Christians are always making complete fools of themselves by posting articles like this. They don't let other people have their own opinion. It's like the, "I'm right and, you're wrong thing."

  17. thank you, me has rating of the following video
I thought that Avatar when it first came out was gonna be another Nick Show flop. When the first episode came out I watched it for about 10 mins. and I thought wow and couldn't stop watching. The show I think keeps you involved. Nick has picked some bad shows but not this one. The plot is very well designed and characters are thought out and are dynamic. I think thats what makes a show good. Also the fact that when a show ends then next time then it carrys on what happened in the next episode rather than acting like it never happened. The show captures a sense of reality and makes the audience more into it. The writers write some pretty decent material. Classic comedy and new moral comedy with good values. All in all I give the show a perfect score of 10/10 stars with both thumbs way up.
